Parents and Guardians Must co-operate on the following points:

• i. Checking frequently on their children’s attendance and behavior and duly signing the leave notes.
• ii. Sending their children to school on time on all class days and to all the other activities of the school on any day.
• iii. Seeing that they study at home daily.
• iv. Seeing that they complete the lessons and exercises given for home-work. These lessons and exercises will be found written in the student’s calendar.
• v. Signing against the remarks in the Remarks column.

EXAMINATION AND PROMOTION

Pass marks for the students in all subjects are 40%. Promotion depends on the student’s performance throughout the year and NOT merely on marks scored in any particular examination. If a student is absent from unit test or term exams, he/she will not appear for it at a later day. There is no system of re-examination or re-consideration of a student who has not been promoted. Do not pressurize either through influential people or through social/ political organizations. This is not becoming of parents/guardians of the students of Dasarath Saha Memorial Butterfly School.
