The aim of the institution is to impart a sound education to the students by forming in them physical, mental, spiritual, social and economical health. We also impart the student recreational, cultural and self efficiency to become useful and dutiful citizens of our motherland India.

English is the Medium of Instruction in Dasarath Saha Memorial School. Bengali and Hindi are taught as second languages. It is compulsory to take both the languages from class-I. As sports and games are considered inseparable parts of integral education today, the school provides ample opportunities for physical development. Besides academic subjects, elocution, dramatics, debates, quiz contests, drawing competition and music are conducted regularly as co-curricular activities.
